Dear shareholders, clients, partners, and associates,
For Halkbank AD Skopje, 2025 was a year marked by sustainable growth, strengthened corporate responsibility, and continuous enhancement of corporate management practices. The Bank achieved strong financial results, recording growth across all key business segments and further reinforcing its market position, while remaining fully committed to the principles of sustainability.
Particularly encouraging is the fact that this growth was achieved alongside a high level of stability, controlled risks, transparency, ethical conduct, and compliance with regulatory requirements and internationally recognized best practices in corporate management. This represents a solid foundation for the Bank’s long-term and sustainable development.
During 2025, Halkbank made significant progress in digitalization, the development of new products, and the improvement of internal processes, recognizing digital innovation as a key driver of competitiveness, efficiency, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
At the same time, the Bank strengthened its role as a responsible financial institution, actively contributing to the development of the real economy, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises, agriculture, and entrepreneurship, as well as through numerous socially responsible and sustainable initiatives.
In the environmental segment, Halkbank continued to advance green financial products, energy efficiency, and digital processes with the aim of reducing its carbon footprint. The Bank recognizes its role as a financial intermediary in supporting sustainable and environmentally responsible projects.
In the area of social responsibility, the Bank remained committed to equal opportunities, human capital development, support for the local community, and the protection of vulnerable groups. Through educational, humanitarian, cultural, and sports initiatives, the Bank contributed to inclusive and sustainable social development.
The results achieved in 2025 clearly demonstrate that a sustainable approach and financial performance are not opposing objectives, but mutually reinforcing ones. The Bank’s growth was achieved in parallel with a high level of stability, effective risk control, and protection of the interests of all stakeholders.
In the period ahead, we will continue to actively contribute to the enhancement of corporate management, risk management, and strategic planning, with a clear focus on sustainable growth, digital innovation, and the creation of long-term value for all stakeholders.
On my own behalf and on behalf of the Supervisory Board, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the Management Board, executive management, and all employees for their professionalism, dedication, and contribution to the Bank’s success. I would also like to thank our clients and partners for their trust, which represents our greatest responsibility and motivation.
